Hosted VPBX |

|
Available PBX and Multi-Line Products and Services are: - Hosted Virtual PBX (VPBX) Services
- On-Premise IP PBX Appliance
- On-Premise IP PBX Server
Hosted Virtual PBX (VPBX) Services: With
the VPBX, we manage the multi-line phone services from our network
centre for you, so expensive on-premise "conventional" PBX hardware and
IP PBX hardware is unnecessary. A VPBX can save money for every budget conscious business. A single
broadband connection can replace the costly incoming phone lines from your
current phone company and all calls between extensions servicing
telecommuting employees, remote office staff, outside contractors and
others are free (see more). On-Premise IP PBX Appliance:
With
the IP PBX appliance, you receive a very compact plug n play,
on-site, software/hardware solution that is packaged with 10, 25, or more phone
extensions and all the PBX features of our hosted services. It is a perfect solution for small to medium
sized businesses (SMB) 10 to 50 phones that want to take advantage of VoIP’s benefits and have
the option to keep their existing phone lines. The
appliance provides greater control over how you want to customize your
phone system, but also alleviates the need to run software on a
separate PC, saving further hardware and administrative costs. (see more) On-Premise IP PBX Server: With
the IP PBX server, we will build a turnkey solution that combines
the IP PBX software and server hardware to your requirements. The
server will provide a more powerful platform to support medium to
larger-sized business and give you ultimate control over how you manage
and customize your phone system (see more).
Each PBX solution above contains the features of a traditional PBX.
- The PBX contains the functionality to hold calls, park and retrieve calls
and transfer them around within the PBX.
- You may monitor the status of other extensions and groups and pick up calls.
- The built-in auto attendant takes care about multiple languages, short cuts,
dial by name and many other features expected by a modern auto attendant.
- Of course you have a mailbox that records and sends out messages. You can
even record comments to the messages and forward them to other extensions.
- Hunt groups can perform parallel and sequential forking to different
extensions. A night mode can be used to route calls based on time and day and if
you like you can include your company’s holidays as well.
- If you like, you can set up your own waiting queues and distribute them to a
group of extensions. Callers that reach your company will believe that you spent
a lot of money for your PBX.
- The PBX also includes a conference server that mixes the different
participants audio streams. You can establish spontaneous conferences or you can
schedule them and assign long PIN codes for entering the conference.
- If you like, you can record calls on the PBX automatically or manually. If
you are running a call center, the training mode and the call supervision will
be of interest for you.
- Instead of knocking on the door, your secretary can barge into a call and
remind you about that upcoming meeting.
