When combined with x-Ten soft phones, Office i-Line provides a virtual office that does not require additional equipment. GST/PST are extra. Again, 3 month minimum order required on all residential service plans to get the monthly rates quoted to the left.  Cancellation of services within 6 months of signup will have a $25 cancellation charge. Reconnection fee is $25 in the event a line is disconnected and then reactivated due to failed payments. All services require (ADSL, Cable), except for FaxMEE.             Accessories may take 1 to 5 days to receive, depending on shipping. To buy, IP Phones and Adapters start at $99.95. We provide a 15 day money back period, less a 25% restocking fee on returns of undamaged IP Phones, Adapters and Gateways.
