Policy - People Line will not sell,
disclose or trade any customer identifiable information to any other
party (third party) without the consent of the customer (except as
required by law or legal process, or in the case where failure to
disclose information will lead to imminent harm to the customer or
others). This includes information derived from registration, subscription,
and use of the People Line service.
Collection
/ Use of Information
- People Line shall collect and use customer identifiable information
for provisioning, shipping of products and billing of service, and
to solve problems associated with service. People Line will use customer
identifiable information to inform customers of new products and services,
but will not disclose or sell any customer information to third parties
seeking to market products.
Credit
Information
- People Line will not collect your credit card information nor request
it from its third party credit card billing partner - PayPal. People
Line is not repsonsible for this information, and protected against
all liability related to your credit card information. Please refer
to PayPal's privacy policies regarding your credit card information
(www.paypal.com).
Security
- People Line has deployed security features to ensure the privacy
of customer information on its network. People Line has implemented
strict business guidelines to ensure customer privacy is safeguarded
within the People Line organization. People Line will continue to
revise policies and implement additional security features as new
technologies becomes available.
Communications

Except as required to ensure proper operation of services or as otherwise
authorized by law, People Line will not read, listen to or disclose
to any third parties private e-mail, conversations, or other communications
that are transmitted using People Line services.
Unlawful
Activity
- People Line may use customer information for preventing potentially
unlawful activity or activities that threaten the integrity of the
service or network, or otherwise violate People Line’s Terms of Service
Agreement.
Account
Information -
People Line will do its best to honor requests from customers for
account information, for example, name, address, company, or billing
information. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information
on file with People Line is current and accurate.
Children’s
Privacy Policy
- People Line does not knowingly sell products or services for purchase
by children. People Line does not knowingly solicit or collect information
from children or teenagers under the age of eighteen. People Line
will not knowingly link to any third party web site that solicits
or collects customer information from minors. If you believe that
a minor has disclosed personally identifiable information to People
Line, please contact People Line immediately at info@peopleline.net
so that the information can be removed.
People
Line Spam Policy - People
Line has zero tolerance for spam. Spam complaints will be dealt with
seriously and can result in losing People Line privileges and immediate
termination of People Line's service. Other Penalties according to
the People Line Terms of Serice Agreement may also apply. |
