Welcome
to the latest Hot Spot on the Bright Side Line, where your IP Phone,
PC, or portable Pocket PC become virtual voice/fax communications
tools in and outside the home.
At
WI-FI, people with wireless broadband or wireless routers can make
voice and fax calls to any phone or fax machine without the clutter
of cables and wires. You
can use a Wi-Fi phone or a soft phone installed on a wireless laptop
or Pocket PC to make calls.
The
soft phone is software installed on your laptop or Pocket PC and
requires a headset or earphone and microphone to make calls.
The
Wi-Fi phone looks and works like a cordless phone or cell phone
in that it does not need to be hardwired to a phone jack, Internet
modem or router (see picture to the right).
For
faxing, you do not require any special software, just an Email application
or browser. In fact, faxing documents to any available fax machine
is a convenient and inexpensive way to print documents and emails
from your Pocket PC. Just compose an email, attach a file and send
the fax.

The Pirelli DP-L10 is a dual-mode GSM/SIP WiFi handset, combining tri-band capabilities with the support of SIP VoIP via an integrated WLAN 802.11g interface.

Peer to peer simply requires installation of any of our accessories
at either end of a call. If you, a friend, a family member, or a colleague
use peer to peer calling, you're both reaching each other for FREE
and saving on the typical $30 monthly long distance plan, equal to
a doubling of savings (av. $60 / month).

service for much less than a dedicated land line. Fax i-Lines give
you portable printing solutions and a number of other benefits and
savings.
Note:
You may also use wireless routers/ hubs with a cable or ADSL
connection. This will allow you more flexibility in where you position
your PC or People Line soft phone in your home or office. You can
also connect our hardware (IP phones or adapters) to a Wireless
router / hub to place phones in rooms away from your ADSL or Cable
modem.
